Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data Aprinove collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Aprinove is a HealthTech transformation advisory founded and led by Amir Gilboa. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, contact amir@aprinove.com. Full registration and contact details are available on request.
What we collect
- Information you send us. If you request the Opportunity Scan brief, email us or book a call, we receive the details you provide — name, work email, organization, role, country or region, and any context you choose to add.
- Attribution details. With a form submission we also record the campaign parameters in the link you used, the page you submitted from, the referring website if your browser sends one, and the submission timestamp. This tells us how enquiries reach us; it is not used to build a profile of you.
- Form delivery. Form submissions are transmitted from this website to Aprinove by email through our transactional email provider, Resend, which processes the submitted details solely to deliver those messages. A confirmation email is also sent to the address you provide.
- Meeting bookings. Calls are booked through Google Calendar’s appointment scheduling; the details you enter there are processed by Google as part of that service.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data, such as IP address and user agent, to serve and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, send material you asked for, and discuss a possible engagement. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Plausible, a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics service. It collects aggregate usage statistics only — such as page views and referring sources — stores no personal data, and uses no cookies or persistent identifiers. There is no advertising tracking, behavioural profiling, or cross-site identification, so no consent banner is required.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence, including form submissions and the attribution details above, is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and for the period required by applicable record-keeping and tax rules, after which it is deleted. Where no engagement follows, enquiry records are normally deleted within 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us and we will respond promptly.
Client engagements
Data handling within a client engagement is governed by the engagement contract and any applicable data-protection agreement rather than by this notice. Our general posture, including international transfers and health-information safeguards, is described on the Trust, Security & Procurement page.
